Is the data
backed up?
Yes. Our servers have redundant disk drives
in a raid configuration. This means the
data is written twice, once to each disk
drive. If one drive fails (which almost
never happens) the other drive is still
working. Then each night the data is backed
up to another physical server, also with
redundant drives forming a super secure
data backup system.
Is the data safe and secure?
Yes. Our systems use Microsoft's recommend
template for system security. When you authenticate
you set a session. The server knows who
you are. Every screen is checked (before
it serves the page) to make sure you are
who you say you are. If not you are kicked
out and cannot access the page.
Where is the data hosted?
Data is hosted in a state of the art Internet
hosting facility in downtown Los Angeles.
We are hosted in close proximity to the
Wilshire One Building where the Internet
piers on the West Coast. We chose this facility
for speed and reliability. Our data center
is located in an Internet building designed
from the ground up for reliable Internet.
The backup power, redundant connections
to the Internet, and speed of hosting are
all first rate.
Can we export the data if we want?
Our systems come with a web to Microsoft
Excel export function. You can download
your data (at the click of a button) and
load it up into Microsoft Excel. From there
you can do whatever you want.
Can I keep certain people from
seeing sensitive data?
Our systems are multi-user systems and
each comes with a User Administration section.
As the system administrator you have the
top priority: user level five. As administrator
you access people into the system, giving
them a username and password. You also set
their security level, one through five.
Fives can go everywhere and do everything.
Ones can view only.
Do we need any special equipment
or software?
All you need is a connection to the Internet.
Many software companies include client-side
code in their systems. Client-side code
is software that executes in the browser.
It is generally used to trick out the browser
making it do something it isn't intended
to do. While it can be neat in certain applications
it also makes the entire system dependent
upon a certain browser. Our software will
run on any operating system and any browser.
If you can get to the Internet you can run
your system.
Can we install the software on
our computers?
We don't offer installable versions of
our software. Our products are remotely
hosted products. There are important reasons
for this. We support our systems fully.
We could not offer this level of support
for systems installed on someone else's
equipment because we have no idea of the
environment. Our systems function perfectly,
all the time.
Do you provide support by phone?
Yes we do. Our systems are made to be user
friendly. The functions and buttons are
where you would expect them to be and do
what you expect them to do. Our experience
has been that once you become familiar with
the software you have no problem using it.
Should you have difficulty we would be happy
to talk you through any problems you may
be having.
Can you customize the software
for us?
Our software is offered in standard configuration.
If you come upon a modification you have
to have we have two choices. If the proposed
change is something everyone can use, we
may add it to the software. If it is something
specific to your company, we would set you
up your own version of the software and
makes changes to that.
Are there any signup fees or other
hidden fees?
No. Are payment plan is based on the plan
you choose when you sign up. There are no
sign up fees, no usage fees, and no termination
fees. This is a simple fixed cost per month
and once you sign up, nothing changes.
Do you offer any versions of your
software for free?
No we don't. There are many Internet companies
that do business this way. They get as many
users as possible and attempt to make money
through advertising revenue. However this
is not the path we chose to go down. We
have a velvet rope policy meaning we are
not open to the public. We treat paying
clients with respect and attend to their
needs. We have built a clientele upon people
that want quality. We do not wish to overwhelm
ourselves with non-payers to the detriment
of paying customers.
Do you have a refund policy?
Our relationship is based on month-to-month
service. It is strictly a pay as you go
proposition. You pay as you go; just like
rent. If, at any time, you wish to quit
using the service just quit paying.
Are there any contracts to sign?
The beauty of our system is its simplicity.
The same holds true for the billing. If
and when you choose to use the system you
simply pay that month and start using it.
If you decide to not to use you just quit
paying. There are no contracts to sign and
no hidden requirements to fulfill. This
makes us accountable too. We have to deliver
quality service or we won't be around. We
know that.
Can we pay in advance?
You can choose any payment plan you like:
monthly, quarterly, or yearly. We do offer
a discount for accounts paid a year in advance.
You can choose to pay by check or credit
card. We always mail invoices for your records.
Do you offer any other systems?
We offer many full-featured Internet software
